As National Sr. Director of Government Affairs; Culture Diversity and Inclusion, Tracey serves a dual role. She is national public policy and government affairs leader driving corporate growth externally, while leading diversity efforts and executing inclusion programs internally; for the 9,100 domestic employees and 32,000 person global workforce.
Tracey received her most recent Certification in Diversity and Inclusion (CCD-AP) from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 2017. Tracey has 18 years of federal and state government solution and legislative affairs experience. She is the firm’s registered corporate representative before state legislatures, federal agencies and Congressional lawmaking officials.
